Rules for using the KetusDev website and contact features.

1. General information

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website available at https://ketus.dev (“Service”).

By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and you agree to comply with them to the extent applicable to your use of the Service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Service — the website available at https://ketus.dev.
  • Operator / Administrator — Szymon Skorupski (private person, KetusDev).
  • User — any person using the Service.
  • Contact form — a feature of the Service used to send a message to the Operator.
  • Cookies — files and similar technologies used by the Service in accordance with the Cookies Policy.
  • Analytics — measurement of usage statistics, enabled only after you provide consent (opt-in).

4. General provisions

  1. The Service is for informational and presentation purposes (portfolio).
  2. The Service provides the option to contact the Operator via the Contact form.
  3. These Terms apply to your use of the Service unless external linked services provide otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practices.

In particular, you agree not to:

  • violate the Service’s security measures,
  • take actions that may disrupt the operation of the Service,
  • use the Service for unlawful activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties,
  • send through the Contact form any unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Contact form

  1. The Service allows you to contact the Operator via the Contact form.
  2. You may provide: full name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message content.
  3. The Contact form is protected with Turnstile (Cloudflare). During verification, token and your IP address are processed.
  4. The message is then delivered to the Operator using an external email delivery service (Resend).

7. Cookies, analytics and consent

  1. The Service uses Cookies in accordance with the Cookies Policy.
  2. Language preferences may be handled using i18n-related cookies.
  3. Analytics (Plausible, self-hosted) is enabled only after you provide consent via the cookie banner.

8. Content and intellectual property

  1. Elements of the Service (texts, graphics, layout and code) may be protected by law.
  2. You may use the Service only to browse its content.
  3. Any use of the content for other purposes requires the Operator’s consent, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. Liability and exclusions

  1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  2. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for damages resulting from events beyond the Operator’s control, including actions of third-party services used as part of the Service functionality.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. The current version is published in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes may constitute acceptance.

  1. Polish law applies.
  2. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable mandatory provisions.
